Pilots: fly missionaries, pastors, evangelists, and Gospel teams to isolated villages; Alaskan youth to Bible camps; freight and needed supplies to mission stations; and students and staff from Bible training institutions. They provide flight instruction to the local community to subsidize mission flying expenses. They build relationships with Russian and Alaskan Native young people, mentoring them through Bible training and short-term missionary projects. They also have opportunity to fill pulpits, share testimonies, and teach in the various village churches. On occasion, there are opportunities to lead evangelistic teams or remain in a village to assist a pastor or missionary in the work.

Mechanics: maintain MARC aircraft, maintain other aircraft belonging to evangelical missions based in Alaska, and provide repair and maintenance to private aircraft owners as time allows to subsidize mission flying expenses. They also, as opportunities arise, participate in short-term missionary projects in order to build relationships and mentor youth.

Families: serve missionaries, pastors, and churches in rural areas with their talents and spiritual gifts; serve in their local church congregation; open their homes as a haven for Christian leaders who need a reprieve; visit missionaries and pastors in the villages to encourage them in their ministry, better assess their needs, and help in any way they can.
