Course Description

A two-semester, six-credit Honors Seminar investigating the modern world as it emerges from the Industrial Age into the Information Age. The course provides an opportunity to become familiar with Information Age tools as well as with a variety of areas in which the borders of knowledge are rapidly expanding.

It is modelled after graduate pro-seminars in which students are introduced to a wide variety of topics encompassed by a broad theme and encouraged to make connections and to explore further on their own.
