Travel aboard our boat to Blackstone Bay where, after anchoring, we unload the kayaks, review safe paddling techniques and safety procedures. We then glide silently along the protected shores searching for eagles and black bears. Blackstone Glacier continues to shed its ice which will soon become islands for lounging seals and otters.

Return to the boat for a hearty lunch, or have it prepared on shore. Spend the remainder of the afternoon honing your paddling skills, watching the glacier calve, or go for a hike. At day's end, we will whisk you safely back to Whittier in time to catch the train and return to Anchorage.
