3-lbs Bacon and/or Sausage (1 lb/day) (pre-cooked if possible)
3-tubes frozen/refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits (for pan fry)
2-loaves Bread
3-lbs misc Sandwich Lunch Meats and Cheese slices
Misc Chips/Dips/Salsa/Candy/Nuts/Munchies (Good for Chummin'!) Salad Fixin's (Pre-cut lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, etc) for 2 nites
Salad Dressings (or substitute Potato or Macaroni Salads)
5-lbs Spuds (bakers)
2-lbs white or red Onions
1-lg jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
2-lbs burger/sausage (precooked for Spaghetti Sauce)
Canned Olives and ‘Shrooms (for Spaghetti Sauce & Salads)
1-lbs Spaghetti Noodles(You can also get Pizza-to-go in Valdez (Mike's) Fri nite in lieu of Spaghetti
Steaks for one night (for Surf-N-Turf with Fresh fish)
Pop, OJ, Beer, Wine, etc
½ Gal Milk
2 ea, Squeeze Butters
I have all the typical condiments on board (Coffee, Tea, Hot Choc, Mayo, Catsup, Mustard, Sugar, Oil, Spices, Cup-of-Soup, etc) We do most of the cooking!
200 ea- Zip Lock Bags, Quart Size for ‘Butt Fillets (1-2 lbs/zip lock)
4-Rolls Paper Towels
50-Paper Plates, hvy duty
Ice Chests for Fish's ride home (We get Columbia Glacier Ice)
1-Sleeping Bag per person
1-Backpack per person with change of clothes, towel, rain gear, rubber footwear,personal effects, etc. The key is to pack as light as possible. The boat is heated and stern partially covered.
