Reservations: Can be made by email, phone or fax and require valid credit card (visa or mastercard) and minimum deposit (cash or check) of one night's stay. For multiple night reservation, a deposit of 50% of total price is required. Balance of payment is due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: minimum one week notice required (prior to scheduled arrival time) to avoid losing your 50% deposit. If we can fill your bed space with other paying customers for the nights of a cancelled reservation, we will not charge for those nights.
Groups: For groups of five persons and larger, a full deposit is required to hold the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival.
