2002 SEASON EARLY BOOKING $AVING$
To help you in your preparations (and savings) we would like to inform you of some changes to expect for 2002.  We are implementing an overall 8% rate increase beginning with the 2002 season.  For our returning friends and those of you who are planning a ski trip with us, we would like to offer you a chance to save now on 2002 packages.

Book your 2002 package on or before June 15, 2001 and get 2001 rates-saving
8% off 2002 prices with your 25% deposit payment!

OR

Book your 2002 package with full payment before June 15, 2001 to receive BOTH our sliding scale prepayment discount AND 2001 package rates-save 16% on your 2002 Helicopter package.

OR (for the organizational genius)

Save an additional 5% by organizing a group of five or more (requires one group leader/primary payer/contact person).

Noteworthy changes for 2002
* 8% overall price increase (1st one in 3 years) effective June 16, 2001
* Cancellations must be received 180 days prior to your trip
* Payment in full is due 90 days prior to your trip

I highly recommend TRIP INSURANCE!  It is difficult at best for us to re-sell a seat at the last minute, which is why VHC will not be refunding any money if cancelled within 180 days of your planned trip.  Contact your travel or insurance agent for more information.
