In order to make a reservation on our secure, on-line site, please click on the button to the right. This will take you through a series of screens that will provide us with the information we need to confirm your reservation. Both room rates and descriptions, as well as current availability are posted there for your convienence. We will respond to your request for a reservation as soon as possible. To confirm your reservation, we will need one night's deposit, either by entering a credit card in the secure form, or by check, mailed to P.O. Box 80488, Fairbanks, AK 99708. Deposits, Refunds, and Cancellations: For stays of one to three nights, a deposit equal to one night is required. Longer stays require 50% of total stay. For stays of 4 nights or more, the deposit will be refunded upon notification two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. (If the room can be filled, no charge will be imposed.) For shorter stays, the deposit will be refunded if we receive notification of your cancellation 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. One night's stay will be forfeited if we do not receive notice of cancellation.
