June 15th until August 15th is the peek season and demand is very
high, making reservations during the months of January, February and March for these peek
dates are recommended to insure availability.

Hotel and RV Space Rates are Plus 2% Sales Tax
RV spaces are $ 10.00 with River access (no hook-ups)
Single is defined as 0ne or Two people per room.
Double is defined as up to Four persons per room.
Apartment is defined as up to Four persons per apartment.
Available Extra :
Extra persons per room (12 years or older ) are charged at $10.00 each
per day.
Children under 12 years of age stay free when accompanied by a Hotel guest.
Extra Roll-A-Beds are available at $10.00 each per day.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy :
We require a 50% deposit and a signed conformation statement to
confirm Hotel Reservations.Hotel Reservations canceled within 30 days prior to check-in
date will be charged a 25% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the deposit
refunded.
Pet Policy :
Pets are welcome and there is a $50.00 deposit required for each pet. All
pets are to be on a leash or in the immediate control of there owner at all times. The pet
owner well be held liable for any and all damages caused by the pet to other guest, guest
personal property or River View Property during the stay.
Phone :
The Alaska River View Lodge does not offer phones in the rooms, however a
pay phone is on the premises.
Messages will be taken and delivered to guest on request.
Check-in-out Time :
Check-in is 2:p.m. and Check-out time is 12 noon.
