8:00 a.m. in Anchorage: Oh my gosh! I just went to the choir's Internet Alaska FTP site to upload this page, and there are PHOTOS there!!! About 32 of them! They are very large files, so I'll get busy reducing them in my graphics program! This is wonderful! I don't know how Roy did it -- whether he got Janet's laptop working or whether he was able to upload from some kind soul's computer over there. The upload time at the FTP site says July 7 at 11 a.m. (U.K. time -- 2 in the morning here). I will let everyone know when the photos have been uploaded. I will probably create a page (or pages) with photos only to start out with.
7:30 a.m. in Anchorage (4:30 p.m. in the U.K.): An e-mail message arrived this morning from Angela Liston, who has arrived safely in Edinburgh with Mike's laptop! Tomorrow, she will meet up with the group in Stirling. All is well!
I haven't heard anything from Roy or the rest of the choir group, undoubtedly because they've had such a busy schedule. I don't think Roy has had a chance to get mail from Internet Alaska's online site, because there are about ten unopened messages from choir families. More later.

7:30 pm: They will be participating in a festival concert at Chester Cathedral.
Tonight they will be leaving Hartford and arriving at Wakefield, in Yorkshire.
