Our
tours are designed to take advantage of the best weather conditions
which are also the busiest travel time in Alaska. Group size is
limited and trips fill up quickly. A 25% deposit will hold your
reservation. Credit card numbers may be given on the phone or over
email. You may also mail a personal check or money order. Upon receiving
your deposit we will mail you a confirmation letter, and a pre-trip
packet. this includes travel and lodging informationa detailed list
of personal gear needed, questionnaire on your particular interests,
physical limitations, dietary preferences, natural history information
and a liability release form. Full payment and entire balance must
be received in our office 45 days prior to departure date. |
We
strongly recommend that you take out baggage loss, accident and
trip cancellation insurance. Trip cancellation insurance will
reimburse you for any non-recoverable air or land expenses should
you have to cancel your trip due to personal or family illness,
as well as cover any evacuation expenses should you become ill

In order for pre-existing conditions to be covered, you must obtain
travel insurance within 7 days of making your initial trip payment.

Adventures reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel
or alter any trip due to too few participants, adverse sea conditions,
weather outlook and other safety factors. Should this occur we
will refund any payment made to us.
Anadyr
Adventures is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members
preparing for the trip (i.e. non refundable air tickets, Visa/MC
fees, equipment, etc.) Purchasing travel insurance can be helpful
in unforseen circumstances. Due to the nature of the operation
all prices are subject to change.
