In 1952, Tom Carey recognized Alaska's
need for affordable housing and opened the doors of a small Mobile Home lot in the Mt. View area of Anchorage.

He assembled a dedicated
team of staff and
servicemen to provide
mobile home living
throughout the state.

Today we continue to uphold the tradition by offereing the same
quality housing and savings
as in the past.
