Policies:
A 50% deposit is required for all charters. Deposits will be made in US currency, travelers checks, money orders or if available Visa / Master Card.

Refunds will be given, less 20% booking fee, provided cancellation occurs
at least 31 days prior to charter date. Cancellations 30 to 16 days prior to departure, will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations 15 days or less, prior to charter, will not be refunded.
Booking a charter with Capt. Jacks Charters, constitutes acceptance of this refund policy.
Lunches and beverages can provided at extra cost.
Flash freezing and shipping of your catch available at dock side at extra cost.
