Meals, snacks, soft drinks, coffee and tea are provided. Alcohol is not provided, although there is a liquor store at most harbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the boat, and nonmarking soles on your shoes is appreciated. The Top Dog has a comfortable flying bridge and a back deck for sightseeing. A raft is available for shore trips or exploring. Kayaks are available with prior arrangement.
A maximum of four passengers are allowed on these trips, unless we arrange to spend the nights ashore, which would make six passengers possible. See the rate page for costs. Discounts early and late season, for kids and early bookings.
It is possible to meet the boat in a different location for the trip, to better connect with the rest of your trip, or to maximize wildlife viewing opportunities. However, leaving and returning through Juneau is a very nice trip too. Whale watching will be exceptional. Bears, eagles, and marine mammals abound. Seafood is a great bonus. If you like shrimp, crab, salmon or halibut, this is the adventure for you.
