PET PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The breeders agree to:
 |
Provide
a healthy animal; this is a guarantee for life against genetic defects and for 30 days for any illness which may have come from the cattery. |

Provide
health records for the kitten up to the time of purchase. The kitten is already spayed/neutered. |
|
Refund or exchange the kitten if defects are found. |
|
Provide
registration papers and pedigree to the purchaser after kitten is established in new home. |
|
Take
back the cat, or place it in another home, if the purchaser become unable to give it proper care. |
|
Be available with advice on raising, caring for, and showing this cat. |
|
This cat may be shown in Alter class. |
The purchaser agrees to:

Consider this cat as a family member and provide it with a loving home, good medical care, proper shelter, good nutrition, and companionship for its entire natural life. |

Register this cat with TICA or CFA by age one year. |
|
Keep this cat indoors at all times for its own safety. This cat may only be outdoors if the owner is present and the cat is in a fully enclosed and covered run or on halter and lead. The cat must be transported in a proper animal carrier that is well-ventilated and large enough for reasonable movement. |
|
Not surgically alter the cat unless medically necessary for a life-threatening situation (no ear or tail docking and no declawing will be done.) |
|
Not transfer this cat to any other owner without first gaining approval of the breeder. |
|
Surrender the cat if the breeder discovers that the cat is being mistreated or that the terms of this contract have not been kept. |
