Birchwood Properties offers a variety of apartment rentals in Valdez Alaska. Everything
from 650 square foot cedar cabins, to the larger 1,000 square foot three
bedroom apartments.
Three of the complexes are located in the
center of Valdez, within walking distance to all services. Eagle Crest
is in a beautiful rural setting with an excellent view of the Majestic
peaks that surround Valdez. Located about a mile East of the Dayville Road,
Eagle Crest offers easy access to the Alyeska Pipeline Service Company's
Marine Terminal and the Petro-Star Refinery.
Birchwood Properties offers the short term tenant units with all services provided,
including Cable TV, Telephone and Microwave oven. These are full size apartments
with all the furnishings. For the longer-term tenant we offer a one-year
lease on our unfurnished apartments at a substantial savings. Valdez has
always been a unique rental market, and at Birchwood Properties
we strive to meet the personality and varied needs of our community.
