You could be the one to coin the phrase that describes our community. We are seeking a new slogan to represent Petersburg for the purpose of attracting visitors to our community. The slogan will be used on the Petersburg Chamber web site and in various publications, such as, the Official State Vacation Planner. Slogans should be a short sentence or phrase that relates to our area and captures the attention of potential visitors.

The winner of this contest will be highligted on the home page of the Petersburg Chamber of Commerce web site for one month this summer. This offer is extended to all Chamber Members.

Submit your entry to the pcoc@alaska.com by May 7^th. The Visitor Committee will decide on the winning entry. The winner will be announced later this month. The banner ad promoting your business will be posted for a month on the Petersburg Chamber of Commerce web site.

The committee is also looking for new photos for the chamber of commerce web site and publications. If you have any outstanding, high quality photos of our area that you would like to share with the Chamber, please contact Karen at the Visitor Center 772-3646 or pcoc@alaska.com.
