Meeting for those interested in creating a local barter system based on a common unit of exchange, the hour. The "Alaska Hour" can be shared and bartered between individuals as well as business for labor and goods. AQRC is a coalition of diverse individuals, organizations, and businesses dedicated to retaining areas of natural peace and quiet on our public land and in our communities and neighborhoods.
