House District 21 - Senate District K -
East Anchorage
House District 21 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of East Northern Lights Boulevard and Patterson Street, proceeding north
to DeBarr Road, west to Edward Street, north to East 12th Avenue, west to
Norman Street, south to DeBarr Road, west to Bragaw Street, north to Penland
Parkway, west to Airport Heights Drive, south to DeBarr Road, west to Lake
Otis Parkway, south to the extension of East 40th Avenue, east to Bragaw
Street, south to Ambassador, easterly to just west of Wesleyan Drive at
Chester Creek, due north to East Northern Lights Boulevard, east to Patterson
Street, the point of beginning. The house district has a population of 13,971
and a variance of +1.6 percent. The house district will elect one house
member and, with House District 22, one senator. |
House District 22 - Senate District K -
East Anchorage
House District 22 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of Tudor Road and the Campbell Airstrip Road, proceeding west to Boniface
Parkway, north to East 38th Avenue, west to Lynn Drive, south to Sharon
Street, west to Checkmate Drive, north to Wesleyan Drive, westerly along
Wesleyan Drive to Chester Creek just west of Wesleyan Drive, due north to
Northern Lights Boulevard, east to Patterson, north to East 20th Avenue,
east to Muldoon Road, south to East Northern Lights Boulevard, east to the
Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary, southeast along the military
reservation boundary to the point where House District 18 intersects the
military reservation boundary, due south to the powerline, northwesterly
along the powerline to the South Fork of Campbell Creek, northwesterly along
the creek to Campbell Airstrip Road, northerly to Tudor Road, the point
of beginning. The house district has a population of 14,031 and a variance
of +2.0 percent. The house district will elect one house member and, with
House District 21, one senator. |

Muldoon
House District 23 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of East 20th Avenue and Muldoon Road, proceeding north to Peck Avenue, east
to Homecrest Place, north to Boundary Avenue, east to the end of Boundary
Avenue, north to the Glenn Highway, northeasterly along the Glenn Highway
to the intersection of the Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary
at Hiland Drive, north along the military reservation boundary to Knik Arm,
southwest along the coastline and south to the intersection with the Glenn
Highway, west to Turpin Street, south to Donna Drive, west to Markstrom
Drive, west to Edward Street, south to DeBarr Road, east to Patterson Street,
south to East 20th Avenue, east to Muldoon Road, the point of beginning.
The house district has a population of 14,129 and a variance of +2.8 percent.
The house district will elect one house member and, with House District

Muldoon - Eagle River
House District 24 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of Muldoon Road and East Northern Lights Boulevard, proceeding north to
Peck Avenue, east to Homecrest Place, north to Boundary Avenue, east to
the end of Boundary Avenue, north to the Glenn Highway, northeasterly along
the Glenn Highway to the intersection of the Fort Richardson Military Reservation
boundary at Hiland Drive, north along the military reservation boundary
to Eagle River, Eagle River upstream to the east boundary of Eagle River
Campground, north to the intersection of Eagle River Road and Foothill Drive,
east to Eagle River Loop Road, north to Citation Road, east on Citation
Road and 4th Street to Eagle River Lane, south to Lucas Avenue, east to
Pruess Lane, south to Eagle River Road, due east to the Chugach State Park
boundary, north to Meadow Creek, Meadow Creek east to its headwaters at
the Seward Meridian, northeast to Peters Creek, due east to the Chugach
State Park boundary, north to the Municipality of Anchorage boundary, east
and south along the municipal boundary to its intersection with the northern
boundary of House District 18, east along the House District 18 boundary
to its intersection with the northern boundary of House District 22, northeasterly
along the House District 22 boundary to the intersection of Muldoon Road
and East Northern Lights Boulevard, the point of beginning. The house district
has a population of 13,510 and a variance of -1.8 percent. The house district
will elect one house member and, with House District 24, one senator. |
House District 25 - Senate District M-
Eagle River
House District 25 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of the Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary and Eagle River, proceeding
east along the House District 24 boundary to Peters Creek, Peters Creek
downstream to the Alaska Railroad, northeasterly along the railroad to Mirror
Lake Creek, Mirror Lake Creek downstream to its mouth in Knik Arm, southwesterly
along Knik Arm to the Fort Richardson Military Reservation boundary, south
along the military reservation boundary to Eagle River, the point of beginning.
The house district has a population of 13,695 and a variance of -0.4 percent.
The house district will elect one house member and, with House District

House District 26 - Senate District M-
Wasilla - Peters Creek
House District 26 is bounded by a line beginning at the mouth of Mirror
Lake Creek, proceeding upstream to the Alaska Railroad, southwesterly along
the railroad to Peters Creek, southeasterly along Peters Creek and the House
District 24 boundary to the Chugach State Park boundary, north to the Matanuska-Susitna
Borough boundary, west to the Glenn Highway, north to the Matanuska River,
upstream to the Alaska Railroad, northerly along the railroad extended to
the Glenn Highway, west to the George Parks Highway, northwest to Trunk
Road, north to the Palmer Wasilla Highway, southwest to Seward Meridian
Road, north to Bogard Road, west to the City of Wasilla boundary (including
Williwa and Leatherleaf Loop), north to Susitna Drive, west and northeast
to Iliamna Bay, northwest to Mulchatna Drive, south to the City of Wasilla
boundary, west and south (including Mission Hills and Church Road) to Clapp
Road, south to Knik-Goose Bay Road, northeasterly to Fairview Loop Road,
south to Hayfield Road, southwest to the mouth of Cottonwood Creek, easterly
along the coastline and across Palmer Slough to Coffee Point, easterly along
the coastline to a point in Section 11, T16NR1W S.M., southeasterly across
Knik Arm to a point on the coastline in Section 24, T16NR1W S.M., southwesterly
along the coastline to the mouth of Mirror Lake Creek, the point of beginning.
The house district has a population of 13,950 and a variance of +1.5 percent.

Palmer
House District 27 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of the Municipality of Anchorage boundary and the Glenn Highway, proceeding
north to the Matanuska River, upstream to the Alaska Railroad, north along
the railroad extended to the Glenn Highway, west to George Parks Highway,
northwest to Trunk Road, north to Palmer-Wasilla Highway, southwest to Seward
Meridian, north to Bogard Road, northeast and east to Caribou Street, north
along Caribou Street together with a northerly extension of Caribou Street
to the point of intersection with Cottonwood Creek, then east along Cottonwood
Creek to the northern shoreline of Lower Niklason Lake, then following the
northern shoreline to the intersection of Lower Niklason Lake and Cottonwood
Creek, northeast along Cottonwood Creek to the northern shoreline of Niklason
Lake, then northeast along the shoreline of Niklason Lake to the extension
of Engstrom Extension, then due north to Engstrom Extension, then north
to the easternmost point of Wolf Lake, then west through the midline of
Wolf Lake to the extension of Steen Road, then due north to Steen Road,
north to Tex Al Road, then westerly to Wasilla Fishhook Road, northeast
to its intersection with Hatcher Pass Road, northerly along Hatcher Pass
Road to a point near Delia Creek, then due north to the Matanuska Susitna
Borough northern boundary and the George Parks Highway near Summit, then
east, south and west along the boundary to a point of intersection with
the Municipality of Anchorage boundary, west and north along the municipal
boundary to the Glenn Highway, the point of beginning. The house district
has a population of 14,993 and a variance of +9.0 percent. The house district
will elect one house member and, with House District 28, one senator. |
House District 28 - Senate District N -
Wasilla - Talkeetna
House District 28 is bounded by a line beginning at the point west of
Fire Island where the boundaries of the Matanuska-Susitna and Kenai Peninsula
Boroughs and the Municipality of Anchorage intersect, proceeding west and
north along the Matanuska-Susitna Borough boundary to its intersection with
the George Parks Highway near Summit, due south to a point near Delia Creek,
then south to Hatcher Pass Road, south along the Wasilla Fishhook Road to
Tex Al Road, east to Steen Road, south along Steen Road together with a
southerly extension of Steen Road to a point midline of Wolf Lake, then
east to the easternmost point of Wolf Lake, due south to Engstrom Extension,
south along Engstrom Extension together with the extension of Engstrom Extension
to the north shoreline of Niklason Lake, southwest along the shoreline to
Cottonwood Creek, southwest along Cottonwood Creek to the northern shoreline
of Lower Niklason Lake, then west and southeast along the shoreline to the
intersection of Lower Niklason Lake and Cottonwood Creek, then southwest
to the intersection of Cottonwood Creek and the extension of Caribou Street,
then south to Caribou Street, south to Bogard Road, west and southwest to
the City of Wasilla Boundary (including Williwa and Leatherleaf Loop), north

House District 29 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of the western boundary of the Fairbanks North Star Borough and the south
bank of the Tanana River, proceeding northeasterly along the Tanana River
to the Chena River, northeasterly up the Chena River to the George Parks
Highway bridge, north on Loftus Road to Birch Lane, east on Birch Lane to
Sprucewood Road, north to Jennie Lane, west to Rebecca Street, north to
Geist Road, east to University Avenue, north on University Avenue and Farmers
Loop Road to Summit Road, north on Summit Road to Skyline Road, east on
Skyline Road to Skyridge Road, northeast to the Old Steese Highway, northwest
to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, northwesterly along the pipeline to the Fairbanks
North Star Borough boundary, west and south along the borough boundary to
the point of beginning. The house district has a population of 13,247 and
a variance of -3.7 percent. The house district will elect one house member
and, with House District 30, one senator. |
House District 30 - Senate District O -
West Fairbanks
House District 30 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of the Tanana and Chena Rivers, proceeding northeasterly up the Chena River
to the George Parks Highway bridge, north on Loftus Road to Birch Lane,
east on Birch Lane to Sprucewood Road, north to Jennie Lane, west to Rebecca
Street, north to Geist Road, east to University Avenue, north on University
Avenue and Farmers Loop Road to the Fairbanks Baseline, east along the baseline
to the City of Fairbanks boundary just west of Danby Street and College
Road, north and east along the municipal boundary to Isabella Creek, south
along the creek to the Alaska Railroad, west along the railroad to Noyes
Slough, south to Illinois Street, south to Phillips Field Road, west to
a point due north of the intersection of 1st Avenue and Bonnifield Street,
south to the intersection of 1st Avenue and Bonnifield street, southwest
along Bonnifield Street to 9th Avenue, west to Lathrop, south to Eagan Avenue,
west to the dry creek bed, south and west along the creek bed to Peger Road;
south along Peger Road to the Alaska Railroad, west one mile, south to the
Tanana River, west to the Chena River, the point of beginning. The house
district has a population of 13,242 and a variance of -3.7 percent. The
house district will elect one house member and, with House District 29,
