House District 11 - Senate District F -
West Anchorage
House District 11 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of Dimond Boulevard and Minnesota Drive, proceeding east to the Alaska Railroad,
north along the railroad to Campbell Creek, northerly along Campbell Creek
to Dowling Road, west to C Street, north to International Airport Road,
west to the Alaska Railroad, north along the railroad to Minnesota Drive,
north to Spenard Road, southwest to East Turnagain Boulevard, north to West
42nd Place, west to Wisconsin Street, north to West 40th Avenue, west to
Aero Avenue, north to West 36th Avenue, west to the Lake Hood Airstrip,
northwest to the end of Lake Hood Airstrip, west to the North-South taxiway
on Anchorage International Airport, southeasterly along the taxiway and
across the East-West runway to the west end of South Airpark Place, south
to Raspberry Road, east to Service Road, south to West 74th Court, west
to Jewel Lake Road, south to Strawberry Road, east to Northwood Drive, due
east to Minnesota Drive, south to Dimond Boulevard, the point of beginning.
The house district has a population of 13,833 and a variance of +0.6 percent.
The house district will elect one house member and, with House District
12, one senator. |
House District 12 - Senate District F -
Sand Lake
House District 12 is bounded by a line beginning at the mouth of Campbell
Creek, northeasterly to the outlet of Campbell Lake and along the south
shore of Campbell Lake to its inlet, following Campbell Creek to Dimond
Boulevard, east on Dimond Boulevard to Minnesota Drive, north to the point
of intersection with a line extending due east from the intersection of
Strawberry Road and Northwood Drive, west along that line and Strawberry
Road to Jewel Lake Road, north to West 74th Court, east to Service Road,
north to Raspberry Road, west across Sand Lake Road to the extension of
the west end of South Airpark Place, northwesterly across the East-West
runway of Anchorage International Airport and up the taxiway of the North-South
runway to the northwest corner of District 11, west to the Anchorage coastline,
following the coastline south and east to the mouth of Campbell Creek, the
point of beginning. The house district has a population of 13,663 and a
variance of -0.6 percent. The house district will elect one house member
and, with House District 11, one senator. |
House District 13 - Senate District G -
Coastal Trail
House District 13 includes Fire Island and is bounded by a line beginning
at the mouth of Ship Creek, following Ship creek upstream to the Alaska
Railroad crossing, northeasterly along the railroad to the C Street overpass,
south to West 3rd Avenue, west to H Street, south to West 9th Avenue, west
to L Street, south on Minnesota Drive to Spenard Road, southwesterly to
East Turnagain Boulevard, north to West 42nd Place, west to Wisconsin Street,
north to West 40th Avenue, west to Aero Avenue, north to west 36th Avenue,
west to Lake Hood Airstrip, northwest to the end of Lake Hood Airstrip,
west to the North-South taxiway of Anchorage International Airport, west
to the Anchorage coastline, following the coastline north and east to the
mouth of Ship Creek, the point of beginning. The house district has a population
of 13,801 and a variance of + 0.4 percent. The house district will elect
one house member and, with House District 14, one senator. |
House District 14 - Senate District G -Elmendorf
House District 14 includes all uplands within the area bounded by a line
beginning at the mouth of Ship Creek, following Ship Creek upstream to the
Alaska Railroad crossing and northeasterly along the railroad to the C Street
overpass, south to Whitney Road, east to Post Road, northeast to the point
of intersection with the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary, east along the
Elmendorf boundary to Mountain View Drive, south through Mountain View to
McCarrey Street, south to South Pine Street, south to DeBarr Road, east
to Norman Street, north to East 12th Avenue, east toEdward Street, north
to Markstrom Drive, east to Donna Drive,southeasterly to Turpin Street,
north to the Glenn Highway and theElmendorf Air Force Base boundary, east
to the extension of PattersonStreet, due north along the Elmendorf boundary
to Knik Arm, westerlyinto Knik Arm to the Municipality of Anchorage boundary,
southerly alongthe municipal boundary and to the mouth of Ship Creek, the
point ofbeginning. The house district has a population of 14,207 and a varianceof
+3.3 percent. The house district will elect one house member and, with House
District 13, one senator. |

Downtown - Spenard
House District 15 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of Tudor Road and Minnesota Drive, proceeding north to L Street, north to
West 9th Avenue, east to H Street, north to west 3rd Avenue, east to C Street,
north to Whitney Road, east to Post Road, south to Viking Drive, west to
Ship Creek, west along Ship Creek to the Alaska Railroad, southwest along
the railroad to Warehouse Avenue, southeast to Ingra, south to East 3rd
Avenue, west to Gambell, south to east 9th Avenue, west to Eagle Street,
south to East 15th Avenue, east to Gambell Street, south to east Fireweed
Lane, west to C Street, south to West 32nd Avenue, west to Eureka Street,
south to West 36th Avenue, west to Arctic Boulevard, south to Tudor Road,
west to Minnesota Drive, the point of beginning. The house district has
a population of 14,023 and a variance of +2.0 percent. The house district
will elect one house member and, with House District 16, one senator. |
House District 16 - Senate District H -
Mountain View - Fairview
House District 16 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of DeBarr Road and South Pine Street, proceeding west to Bragaw Street,
north to Penland Parkway, west to Airport Heights Drive, south to DeBarr
Road, west to East 15th Avenue and the intersection of the North Fork of
Chester Creek, southwesterly along the North Fork of Chester Creek to the
Seward Highway, north on Gambell Street to east 15th Street, west to Eagle
Street, north to East 9th Avenue, east to Gambell Street, north to East
3rd Avenue, east to Ingra Street, northwest to Warehouse Avenue, north to
the Alaska Railroad, northeast to Ship Creek, southeast to Post Road, northeast
to the intersection with the Elmendorf Air Force Base boundary, east and
south along the Elmendorf boundary to Mountain View Drive, south through
Mountain View to McCarrey, south to South Pine Street, south to DeBarr Road,
the point of beginning. The house district has a population of 13,920 and
a variance of +1.2 percent. The house district will elect one house member
and, with House District 15, one senator. |

Bayshore - Dimond
House District 17 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of Lake Otis Parkway and O'Malley Road, proceeding west to the New Seward
Highway, south to the extension of Klatt Road, west to Klatt Road and to
Timberlane Drive, south to Klatt Road, west on Klatt Road extended to the
Anchorage coastline, northwesterly along the coastline to the mouth of Campbell
Creek, northeasterly to the outlet of Campbell Lake and along the south
shore of Campbell Lake to its inlet, following Campbell Creek to Dimond
Boulevard, northeast to the Alaska Railroad, north along the railroad to
Campbell Creek, north along Campbell Creek to Dowling Road, east to the
New Seward Highway, south to East 72nd Avenue, east to Lake Otis Parkway,
south to O'Malley Road, the point of beginning. The house district has a
population of 14,131 and a variance of +2.8 percent. The house district
will elect one house member and, with House District 18, one senator. |

Hillside
House District 18 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of Abbott Road and Abbott Loop Road, proceeding east on Abbott Road to Hillside
Drive, north on Nettleton Drive to Lodge Pole Court, east to the Chugach
State Park boundary, north to the South Fork of Campbell Creek, east along
the creek to the powerline, southeasterly along the powerline through Powerline
Pass to a point of intersection with a line extending due south from the
southernmost boundary of the Fort Richardson Military Reservation, north
to the military reservation boundary, easterly to include the Bird Creek
and Glacier Creek and Twentymile River drainages to the eastern boundary
of the Municipality of Anchorage, south and west along the municipal boundary
and to the mouth of Potter Creek, following Potter Creek upstream to the
New Seward Highway, north on the New Seward Highway past Potters Marsh to
the Old Seward Highway, southeasterly to Rabbit Creek, northeasterly up
Rabbit Creek to Elmore Road, north to Bragaw Street, north to Abbott Loop
Road, north to the intersection of Abbott Loop Road and Abbott Road, the
point of beginning. The house district has a population of 13,758 and a
variance of +0.0 percent. The house district will elect one house member
and, with House District 17, one senator. |

Lake Otis & Tudor
House District 19 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of Lake Otis Parkway and Abbott Road, proceeding east to Hillside Drive,
north on Nettleton Drive to Lodge Pole Court, east to the Chugach State
Park boundary, north to the South Fork of Campbell Creek, northwesterly
along the creek to Campbell Airstrip Road, northerly to Tudor Road, west
to Boniface Parkway, north to East 38th Avenue, west to Lynn Drive, south
to Sharon Street, west to Checkmate Drive, north to Wesleyan Drive, west
to Chester Creek, westerly to Ambassador, west to Bragaw Street, north to
the extension of East 40th Avenue, west to Lake Otis Parkway, south to Dowling
Road, west to the New Seward Highway, south to East 72nd Avenue, east to
Lake Otis Parkway, south to Abbott Road, the point of beginning. The house
district has a population of 14,029 and a variance of +2.0 percent. The
house district will elect one house member and, with House District 20,

House District 20 is bounded by a line beginning at the intersection
of Lake Otis Parkway and Dowling Road, proceeding west to C Street, north
to International Airport Road, west to the Alaska Railroad, northwesterly
along the railroad to Minnesota Drive, north to Tudor Road, east to Arctic
Boulevard, north to West 36th Avenue, east to Eureka Street, north to West
32nd Avenue, east to C Street, north to West Fireweed Lane, east to the
Seward Highway, north to Chester Creek, following the North Fork of Chester
Creek northeasterly upstream to East 15th Avenue, east to Lake Otis Parkway,
south to the point of beginning. The house district has a population of
