Property Disclosure 2 Hours Understand the legal duties regarding property disclosures to avoid liability for failing to provide proper and adequate disclosure. (This class will meet the 2 hours required CE) Personal Marketing 3 Hours This session will cover the principles of an effective personal marketing program. The course will discuss a variety of marketing methods; internet, image pieces, business cards, and marketing on a website. Buyer Representation 7 Hours Know your responsibilities when representing a prospective buyer; obedience, loyalty, disclosure, confidentiality, accounting and reasonable care and diligence. (This class will meet the 2 hours required CE) Environmental Issues/Land Use 7 Hours Learn the latest on a range of common environmental hazards, from asbestos, poor air quality, radon, lead based paint, mold and wetlands.
