One week into the last year of the millenium (our local preist calls it being a millenium purist I just like to be contrary. I survived the weeks between the holidays and ended up with losing last week all the weight I gained in the previous weeks so while I'm not at my lowest weight since I started this journey I'm close. Wednesday I weighed in at 161.5 (actually 1.61.4 or 161.6 but the weight watchers franchise here in alaska rounds the numbers. Why have a digital scale if you aren't going to use it acturatly. I had a good week until yesterday I did fine until after dinne r then I lost it. I felt deprived and wanted lots of cereal so I sat and ate 3 big bowls. will be tracking my exercise here for the exercise contest
