(Joe) Donahue, who retired from the Bureau of Indian Affairs after over 25 years of progressively responsible experiences in these fields during his employment. Since retirement over 6 years ago, Mr. Donahue has continued to expand his knowledge, capability and experience as a practicing consultant in his own business.
