Our Rates and Policies

Harbor Day is Open from May 15th through

September 15th

Room Rates:

• Single Occupancy:
  $60.00 per night
• Double Occupancy:
  $70.00 per night
• Harbor Day Homestay is especially suited
  for families or parties of 4. If the guest
  rooms are taken together for more than one
  night the entire upstairs will rent for
  $120.00 per night.
• Please add 10% city sales and bed tax to all rates.

Policies:

• Reservations must be guaranteed within 14
  days by deposit equal to one night's lodging.
  We will confirm with a return receipt.
• Deposit refunded (less $10 admin. fee) if
  cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to
  reservation date. If less than 10 days a refund
  will be made if we can book the time with other
  guests.
• Balance payable by check or cash on arrival.
• We accept one night stays, however, we reserve the
  right to substitute room choice to accomodate longer bookings.
• Smoke-free home, but a covered area is provided
  outdoors.
• Children are welcome!
• No animals.
• We cannot provide courtesy transport.
  Petersburg does have 24 hour taxi services readily available.
  
• Off street parking is available for one guest
  vehicle.
