Humpback Whale - Birch, about 8" long and 5" high.  Black/deep green marble base.
Humpback Whale - Hemlock, about 4" high and 8" wide.  Driftwood base.  One of my first Hemlock whales, it impressed me with the form and line of the grain as I imposed the whale's shape on the wood.  Hemlock is highly recommended for aquatic creations!

Orca Whale - Donated to CSS Annual Charity Auction for local charities.
