Reservation Policies
A deposit is required to confirm reservations. Your confirmation number and reservation details will be e-mailed to you within three business days. All confirmed reservations are guaranteed for late arrival.
Deposit Policies
Deposits can be made in any form of payment accepted by the hotel. The amount of deposit required will be determined by room rate, and length of stay. For stays of 1-3 nights, the deposit will be equal to a one-night stay. For stays of 4-7 nights, the deposit will be equal to a two-night stay. For longer stays, the deposit will be equal to a one night stay, plus 10% of the remainder of the stay.
Payment
For payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB Credit Cards. We also accept Travelers checks (payable in US Dollars only), Money Orders, US Treasury Checks, State Government Checks, certified checks, and certain organizational/company checks (prior approval required).
Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstance.
If a credit card is offered for deposit, it will be accepted pending verification procedures honored by issuer of credit card. The card will be charged the full amount of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival date, in writing, for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior, will be assessed a 10% booking fee on the full stay amount. Cancellations received 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. All cancellations will receive a cancellation number. Please retain the cancellation number for your records.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise arranged.
