Capt. Rob Zollo is 45 years old, and was born on the east coast of the USA. He started swimming at age 3, surfing at 12 and fishing somewhere in between. Rob traveled to the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii at age 20 where he lived at Sunset Beach and surfed for a year. Later, he returned to the east coast and was an ocean life guard for the next ten seasons. Good flounder, fluke and blue fishing on Long Island.
Rob moved back to Hawaii at age 30, when he ran diving, fishing and sailing charters from the big island of Hawaii. In 1986 Capt. Rob moved to Homer, Alaska specifically to fish for halibut. He bought the F/V Relection and the rest of the story you can hear from Capt. Rob himself. Capt. Rob can't guarantee you a "barndoor" halibut, but he can say your chances are better with him than most others.
