A 1/2 hour floatplane ride from Fairbanks brings you to our lodge.  Guests stay in a private, lakefront log cabin, nestled in a spruce and birch forest.  Deadman Lake Lodge overlooks a beautiful spring-fed lake, surrounded by hundreds of miles of wilderness. There are lots of moose, bear and wolves in our area, and the potential for viewing wildlife is excellent.  For those who like to fish, the Northern Pike fishing is fantastic. There is an active beaver lodge right on our shore, also.  Your hosts, Ron and Marianne, live in and operate the lodge year round, and are very knowledgeable of the area.
