Reservations
Our time zone is one hour earlier than the U. S. West Coast (Pacific Time). Reservations are accepted 7 days a week, up to one year in advance of your arrival. Check-in after 4 PM, check-out 12 Noon. Should you find it necessary to cancel or change any part of your confirmed reservation we will cheerfully refund your full deposit PROVIDED we receive notice of more than seven days. Otherwise one night's fare shall be retained to cover administrative expenses. All short-notice cancellations, changes or no-shows are subject to one night's charge. If we are able to fill your cancellation you will be credited with the amount collected.
Credit Cards
Your personal check is welcome for advance deposits. Please plan to pay the balance upon arrival in cash or Traveler's Cheques.All major travel and leisure cards are accepted.
Relaxation
Relaxation options include soaking in the outdoor hot tub, quiet time in the sauna, curling up by the fire in the living room or just experiencing the solitude of Anchorage's peaceful hillside. Furnishings include antiques, comfortable furniture, Alaskana, local art, a piano, whimsical collections, and an extensive book and video library.
Nestled beneath towering evergreens, the outdoor hot tub is available year round, a favorite with stargazers. When the Northern Lights appear you'll have the perfect vantage point. The colder it gets, the better the hot tub feels!
Moose regularly meander these five secluded acres. Many bird species and other small animals also make their homes in the natural landscaping. Guests can experience a "soft adventure" right in the back yard.
On a casual stroll of the grounds you may discover secluded park benches or an inviting hammock.
Linger on the spacious west veranda in an old-fashioned porch swing while surveying all of Anchorage, Mt. McKinley (Denali), active volcanoes, distant glaciers and Alaska's famous summer sunsets that last for hours. If you can't relax here, you can't relax!
