Well, here's the scoop.....Alaskanet can't/won't make the ISP's play nicely together, so everything is
migrating to my Nebraska server for now...
Changing anything requires a long distance phone call, so for now, this page is moving and the rest of the site will get
a long-needed facelift. More soon!!

Nothing here for a while......the local ISP had a melt-down and
the server in AK that I use for 90% of my pictures and "stuff" will simply
not talk to whatever I am accessing the web through. Evidently I appear dangerous to it.....imagine!
Check the blog link below to see what I'm up to....

Just a couple of new listings today...
The yard is calling, it is sixty degrees today!
Of course there is a cold front coming through tomorrow, so this won't last.
More snow or rain possibly, and we do need the moisture.
I took advantage of the dry spots to do doggie duty.....that much less to do later.
Just what you came here to read about, eh?
On a more interesting note, we drove by Chaco Canyon on the way home, no time to
stop, unfortunately. I did some research and discovered that the site has declared the night sky darkness a
natural resource. I find myself captivated by the idea....especially since I'm one to turn on all the
lights at night! I grew up without electricity, and I still love the luxury of flipping a switch and having
enough light to do whatever I want. Kerosene and candle light distort colors, and I once embroidered a
flower half in one color, half in another.
Color blending
And a floral page to come--soon!
