Summer months at Beaver Point Lodge include gardening, canoeing, fishing, hiking and enjoying the endless Alaskan days. Rich greenery surrounds the sparkling blue jewel of a heart-shaped lake, home to several species of fish, including pike, burbot and whitefish. Colorful sunsets linger over the Dugan Hills, reflecting a mirror image on the lake's surface, broken only by waterfowl activity or a feeding moose. All of this is visible from your private log cabin, which sits just a few dozen feet from the shore's edge.
