Many of the elements of this site are

Whip is a plug-in that allows Netscape 3.x to
view and manipulate Autocad DWF files, which in turn allows
computers without Autocad to view, manipulate, and print Autocad
Drawings. Click the icon to link to the Whip site at Autodesk.
While there, read more about Whip and its capabilities, and find
instructions for downloading and installing the Whip Plug-in.
