artwork is carefully described with as much detail as possible to potential buyers so that customers can make the best

The Animation Artshop offers certificates of authenticity published by the known studio where ever possible or if
one has been made available by the studio. For any art piece which does not specifically have a studio issued certificate,
the Animation Artshop will issue a gallery certificate based upon the request of the customer at the time of purchase. All artwork
sold by the Animation Artshop is guaranteed to be as represented in the description, if for any reason, an art piece
sold by the Animation Artshop is determined later to not be authentic by the Animation Artshop, the Animation Artshop will refund
to the original purchasor only the value of the original sale only as sold by the Animation Artshop. This guarantee does not
apply to any subsequent sale of the art piece to a third party and becomes null and void if the piece is sold by the original purchasor.
The Animation Artshop also offers a seven day unconditional moneyback guarantee for all items listed for sale
in the virtual gallery and published at the URL: http://www.alaska.net/~animate/store/gallery.htm and related sites. This
moneyback guarantee does not apply to special orders or specific art pieces that were purchased on behalf of customer requests.
All art pieces requested for refunding by the customer must be returned within seven days of the original date of purchase
to the Animation Artshop, in the same original condition in which it was sent, including all certificates of authenticity and
other papers of provence before any refund will be issued .
