Prepare the basic meatball as
you like with ground beef or ground round and add spices and fillers
to your own taste or liking. Bake to fully cook in advance and remove all drippings.
To prepare the sauce, combine 12 ounces of chili sauce and 10 ounces of grape jelly
in a large saucepan the jelly completely melts. Add meatballs of your choice and
barely simmer for about one, two or three hours for flavors to blend. This will be
enough sauce for about 50 one inch meatballs.
