Fill a fry pan with water. Dissolve 2 chicken bullion cubes, 2 dashes or
liquid smoke, and dashes of salt, pepper, and tabasco sauce. Poach halibut
in mixture in fry pan. When cooked, cool halibut. Add halibut to other ingredients.
Serve chilled with chives or green onion tops for color. Serve with crackers.
Serves four people and will work for salmon or halibut.
