Smoked Halibut Dip

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Lb Halibut
  • 1 Dill pickle-chopped
  • 2 Tbs Green Onion-finely chopped or grated
  • 1/2 Tomato-chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 3/4 tsp liquid smoke

Fill a fry pan with water. Dissolve 2 chicken bullion cubes, 2 dashes or liquid smoke, and dashes of salt, pepper, and tabasco sauce. Poach halibut in mixture in fry pan. When cooked, cool halibut. Add halibut to other ingredients. Serve chilled with chives or green onion tops for color. Serve with crackers. Serves four people and will work for salmon or halibut.
