Ginger Snaps

Cream together: 1 ½ Cups butter 2 Cup Granulated Sugar
Add: 2 beaten Eggs, blended with ½ C. Molasses or Dark Corn Syrup
Sift together: 4 Cups Flour, 2 tsp. Salt, 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon, 2 tsp. Ground Cloves and 2 tsp. Ground Ginger
and 4 tsp. Baking Soda
Add: Flour mixture to creamed butter & egg mixture.
Shape into small balls (1" diameter), roll in Granulated Sugar & put about 1" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until cracked & nicely browned.
