Heat oven to 350. In mixer combine all the above ingredients until
crumbly. Press 2/3 in a greased 13x9" pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Topping:
1-12 oz jar caramel ice cream sauce
6 oz or more of semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup or more of chopped walnuts
Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm crust. Sprinle nuts over
chips.Mix 3 tbsp flour with the caramel sauce and por over all. Sprinkle
remaining crumb mixture over top and bake for 20 minutes longer. Cool
and then refrigerte 1-2 hours to set topping.
