Enjoy a smoked salmon appetizer and beverage upon arrival, then sit by the fireplace or enjoy the view from the ten 25-foot windows in the spacious living room with its cathedral ceilings. At the close of the day, retire to one of three uniquely decorated guest rooms with queen beds, private baths, walk-in closets, a loft, TV/VCR cable and phone. They include the rustic Puffin Room, which overlooks a secluded alpine glen; the Victorian Room, with its mountain views and a single jacuzzi; and the newly remodeled Gypsy Room. Summer rates are $135 to $145; winter rates are $75 to $85; and additional persons are $15 a night. Children are welcome. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.
