FROM OUR HOME:
You will enjoy the sunrise to the east, and
breathtaking sunsets and a view of the Alaska Range and
Mt. Susitna to the west. The airport is less than 5
minutes away. You have easy access to freeways, and major
access points. City buses are within one block. There is
ample parking. We are located 10 minutes from downtown.
The biking, jogging and walking tail is within one block.
Fishing, swimming and Loon viewing are all within walking
distance. Moose can be seen in the surrounding
neighborhood.
WE OFFER:
A hearty breakfast with fresh ground coffees and
unique teas. House specialties are eggs Benedict and
sourdough pancakes served in our dining room, the deck or
patio. We offer: A non-smoking environment, family
recreation room, complete with wet bar, microwave,
refrigerator, popcorn, beverages, cable TV and VCR, a
deck and patio, a beautiful yard, phone in each room,
down bedding, BeautyRest foundations and mattresses, fax
machine, steam shower, robes in each room, (you may want
to pack your slippers as we remove our shoes inside - an
Alaskan custom), bicycles, upright freezer, and afternoon
tea and dessert.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
BLUE BERRY ROOM: Queen bed with 2 twins available,
private bath, Victorian Charm graces this spacious room
with a kitchenette. $70 single, 90 double, $110 triple,
$130 four.
BATTENBERG ROOM: Queen bed with twin available,
shared bath, wicker furniture with a down comforter, set
on Grandma's heirloom European rug. $60 single, 75
double, 85 triple.
CHECKERS ROOM: Queen bed with twin available, shared
bath. Black and white floor with a matching rug. $60
single, $75 double, $85 triple.
Check in : 5:30-8:30 PM, Check out: 11:00 AM. Please
advise your host should you need special consideration.
RESERVATIONS can be guaranteed by credit card. Your
deposit will be cheerfully refunded if cancellation is
made 7 days prior to planned date of arrival.
