| A Blackberry B&B is located in Anchorage's
beautiful Sand Lake area and is excellently
situated for your Alaska adventure headquarters.
Four minutes from the airport, seven minutes to midtown,
nine minutes to downtown, close to parks, trails,
shopping malls, libraries, museums, and other city
attractions. Amenities include a spacious living room, deck with a view, private baths, suite with sitting room (accommodates up to six). Kitchen and laundry facilities are available for guests. Hearty hot breakfast Monday - Saturday, substantial self serve on Sundays. Choose from: Cranberry Room: queen size bed with attached private bath, $85.00/night Elderberry Room: two twin beds with separate private bath, $80.00/night Blueberry Suite: bed room with queen size bed, sitting room with queen size sofa sleeper and two twin murphy beds, private bath and TV, $95.00/night for two people, $20/person for each additional guest . Family rates available. VISA/MC accepted. Above rates are cash discount, credit cards are full price which is +5%. Our policy is one night deposit by cash, check or credit card will hold your reservation. Full refund if canceled within 7 days of reservation no show will be charged for one night. |

A large living and dining area with vaulted ceiling
greets you as you enter this spacious area. This is a very comfortable space for a friendly chat while breakfast is served. A full breakfast is served Monday through Saturday with continental on Sundays. The Kitchen dining areas are available to guests other than breakfast for a self- provided and served lunch or dinner. |

Adjoining the Dining area is a Spacious living room
furnished very nicely which is conducive to conversation, relaxation, or you can relax while you watch a video or television show. |

The Cranberry Room and Blueberry Suite feature queen
beds which are nicely equipped with fresh sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows and pillow shams. The Blueberry Suite also has two murphy beds and a queen sleeper sofa which allows it to accommodate a party of up to 6. The Elderberry room features two twin beds also nicely furnished. All Blackberry's room have private baths. |

Blackberry is close to Anchorage's trails and parks.
While visiting Anchorage don't miss a stroll or bike ride on the Coastal Trail. The Coastal trail includes over 10 miles of paved, relatively level, scenic sightseeing opportunities. Breath fresh air while you view the water foul. there is also the possibility of viewing beluga whales off shore in Cook Inlet. |

Anchorage is an excellent jumping off site for the
many railroad touring opportunities Ride the rails to Whttier and take a day long cruise of Prince William Sound. We can book you on one of the many cruise opportunities and/or give you advise. We have been on many of them. Also you can ride the rails to Seward or Denali Park and Fairbanks. Blackberry is conveniently located for cruise and tour opportunities. |

Alaska abounds with spectacular rivers. Whether you
like scenic of white water you can get it in Alaska. Anchorage has several rafting opportunities near by or we can suggest state wide opportunities. Also sea kayaking opportunities abound in Prince William Sound, and Seward. Just let us know, we can assist with tour and trip planning. |

Alaska is mostly wilderness. Anchorage, the state's
largest city is surrounded by wilderness. One of the most scenic drives in the world is just south of Anchorage on the Seward Highway. You travel along the Cook Inlet for several miles before the road branches toward Seward or Homer. Dall Sheep (photo) are a common sight along the highway south of Anchorage. Don't miss Portage Glacier and the visitor's center on this trip. Blackberry is very convent for access to the Seward Highway. |
