PUT IT ALTOGETHER AND IT LOOKS LIKE THIS:

(the quotation marks need to be there)
SRC is the only required attribute.
AUTOSTART="false" doesn't work with the <BGSOUND> tag.
The user (right now that's you) has no way to start the sound.
